REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL FEES ARE PAID AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH THE OFFICE.

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST

_____ Registration fees paid

_____ Copy of Official Birth Certificate

_____ Immunization Records

_____ Sacramental Certificates (if Catholic, such as Baptismal Certificate, etc.)

_____ Complete Transcripts from previous school if applicable (including TAKS or other state test scores and 504 special needs modifications and/or accomodations)

St. Catherine must request official transcripts from previous schools and will not accept report cards or other transcript documents delivered by the parent or student.

In most cases, St. Catherine School will administer a Grade Equivilancy Test to transfer students in both Language Arts and Math to determine whether the student is performing at his or her grade level. Results of the Grade Equivilancy Test along with the performance on the TAKS test and grades from the privious school will be considered when making recommendations.

ACCREDITATION
St. Catherine is one of six schools within the Diocese of Beaumont. Accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department and recognized by the Texas Education Agency, St. Catherine is composed of Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth grades.
